Self Cancellation:

Log on to My Orders > Click “Cancel Order”.

The cancellation option is only available for 2 hours upon ordering. Upon which, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Email Cancellation:

Write to us at info@novamil.com.my or via Novamil MY Facebook within 2 hours after ordering. Please include your purchase order number.

Refund Method:

Paid by Credit Card – Auto-credited to the credit card, used for purchase, within 14 working days.

Paid via Online Banking – Credited to your bank account. Amount will be reflected in your statement within 14 working days depending on the bank’s cycle.
