Exchange / Return & Refund Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Exchange is applicable if the item received is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered upon delivery (Eg. wrong product, wrong quantity etc).
Return & Refund is applicable if you did not receive your order, or the goods received is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered upon delivery.
Request for an exchange/ return & refund
You have  calendar days to request from the date you received it.
Kindly email to firstname.lastname@example.org or via Novamil MY Facebook to initial the request. Please include a picture of the items & your order number.
Novamil will review each buyer’s application on a case-by-case basis and, in its sole discretion, determine whether buyer’s application is successful.
Exchange or Return
To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Novamil will bear the fees for return/ redelivery.
