Halloween Special Witch Finger Cookies

Ingredients for 1 portion:

Preparation:

  1. Beat the butter and powdered sugar until frothy in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add the egg and mix.
  3. Sift the cake flour, KID DHA milk powder, and salt into the mixing bowl & mix thoroughly.
  4. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  6. Shape the dough into pingpong ball size and roll out the balls into finger shape.
  7. Add an almond to the tip for the fingernail. Make sure it's properly stuck.
  8. Place the “fingers” on the baking sheet, about a centimetre apart. Repeat with the remaining “fingers”.
  9. Bake at 160°C for 17 - 22 minutes, or until slightly golden.
