Preparation:
- Beat the butter and powdered sugar until frothy in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the egg and mix.
- Sift the cake flour, KID DHA milk powder, and salt into the mixing bowl & mix thoroughly.
- Cover the dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Shape the dough into pingpong ball size and roll out the balls into finger shape.
- Add an almond to the tip for the fingernail. Make sure it's properly stuck.
- Place the “fingers” on the baking sheet, about a centimetre apart. Repeat with the remaining “fingers”.
- Bake at 160°C for 17 - 22 minutes, or until slightly golden.
